By 'money' do you refer to a medium of exchange issued by a national government?

You can die, or be a pauper, and have all that decision power, but
you cannot long evade taxation, nor dominate, with your limited voice and voting
power, what a nation does.

Anarchy also lets you 'decide if and where', but not with money as we know the term.
