Not at all. Gravity everywhere red shifts heat leaving the source.
Some small some large but it is the exact same thing. It is the cooling of heat happening.

stars and so forth. The redshift for light from the sun is minuscule.

But it is still there. Its star gravity is significant.
There is no special small gravity red shift....
