In the news _yesterday_ was that Russia and Ukraine sign a deal to transport grain to hungry nations. Today is the news that Russia bombs those shipments.

So, well the only way to talk to a bully like Putin is to tell him whatever he button pushes, the West responds in kind. The 6,000 rust bucket missiles of ICBMs that Russia has is no match for the 6,000 ready and able ICBMs the West has.

And for every missile strike on Ukraine, a like kind is sent to bomb Moscow, St.Petersburg, Volgograd.

Every bully in the world is treated this way, for it is the only effective treatment that stops the ignorant bully.

Key is to tell Xi, that if a nuclear exchange takes place, all major Chinese cities are ash piles. For Putin is past crazy, but there is immense hope that Xi has still a rational mind, enough to pull Putin from the brink.

Putin is going to push nuclear buttons, no matter what.

And the West needs to target every large Russian city and Chinese city, including North Korea. Pakistan and India need to target China.

I am betting on the fact that the superiority of electronics of the West weapons, ICBM, is so vastly superior over Russia's ICBM. That in an exchange, 1/2 or over 1/2 are duds of Russia.

The West needs to revamp all targets to be large cities, just as Russia is doing in Ukraine-- destroying cities. It is foolish for a ICBM to target a military base, a silo or military installation. For it is people who build ICBMs and not ICBMs build more ICBMs.

The West needs to make it clear to Xi, as Putin escalates, China will be destroyed completely if Putin pushes buttons.

Sanctions are meant to make a country not powerful to become a threat and sanctions are meant to depose a dictator by his own people. But economic sanctions on Russia should have been applied in 1950 and never withdrawn, and so Russia would never have become this ominious in power and threats. Same applies to China and move all manufacturing back to the West.

Putin will push buttons, regardless, and so it is fitting for the West to state quite clearly to Russia, we are ready for your button pushing, and that every missile strike into Ukraine, you will receive a like missile strike on Moscow, St Petersburg or Volgograd.

The Cuban Missile Crisis was solved by Kennedy making the threat of a maritime blockade. Kennedy talked to Eisenhower before he decided to install the blockade. But here we have the opposite situation in 2022, where Putin is making threats and the West being cowards. Kennedy, the good guy made threats and the world is better off. Putin the bad guy is making threats and the West is cowards.

For Putin will push the nuclear buttons before he is gone from Earth. When you meet a bully, you push back equally as what the bully inflicts. The Bible comes in loud and clear on bullies-- an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

Putin will push nuclear buttons, anyway. For you can see it in a treaty on Friday to ship food grain, and broken on Saturday with a missile attack.

The West is in sad state of mind ever since 1950. They knew Russia had ICBM building program. They knew Russia was constantly a enemy of the West, yet they never sanctioned Russia until 2022, far too late. If the West had sanctioned Russia in 1950 as they did in 2022, Russia would not be a bully saber rattling threatening the entire planet.

As for China, the idiot Nixon open door trade, where they sell us cheap hammers and screwdrivers, all the more and better to drop bombs on the USA in the future. Nixon the president with no logical brains, not a single marble of logic, much the sames as 90% of the posters in sci.physics. Much like Trump, and what Nixon and Trump have in common, is that the USA is such a great nation, that even fools with no logical brains can aspire to and become president of the USA, even though they have no logical marbles upstairs. It is not that we should thank Nixon or Trump for being president, to the contrary, they should thank the American people for tolerating such idiocy for 4 years in office. You have to be a "great nation" to let trash like Nixon and Trump in the oval office, and for the USA to survive such 4 years of waste and abuse of power.

So, if the USA had bright logical leadership, every thing would have been done to
1) recognize our enemies
2) economically sanction our enemies and watch them grow weaker and weaker ( we cannot buy their goods, but they can buy ours)
3) form defense alliances such as NATO and make that organization larger and larger.

If that had been done instead of the loudmouth fools wanting Chinese goods to make money, but forgetting, they will drop bombs with their riches.

Then we would not be in this ugly precarious situation of a crazy madman in Russia who could start a nuclear war that would set back humanity over a 1,000 years in the dark trying to recover, and no chance of a permanent colony on Europa for our Sun has gone Red Giant Initiation Phase, and threatens to extinct and throw into oblivion all the life on Earth.

So we let a crazy madman control some 6,000 ICBM missiles.

And we face the ugly situation of his threats on pushing the buttons if he does not get Ukraine.

Well, he is so crazy, that he will push the buttons regardless. Can Xi talk him out of it? I doubt it.

And so the West must do what Kennedy did. Threaten Russia. Kennedy threatened Russia in the Cuban Missile Crisis with a shipping blockade into Cuba.

This is what the West needs now-- threaten Russia, with pushing the nuclear buttons. Tell Russia, every missile strike into Ukraine is met with a missile strike on Moscow, or St.Petersburg, or Volgograd or other cities.

If Putin pushes nuclear buttons, sadly, there goes world war 3. But Putin will push regardless of Ukraine, for he is that old and that crazy and insane of a man, that the only thing he knows and likes is "bombing". Bombing is how he got into office, and bombing is what he will do the last day he is on Earth.

Xi maybe able to stop Putin, and we all can hope Xi comes to some common sense, but as up to now, Xi is acting just as crazy and insane as Putin. It needs to be well explained to Xi that if Putin goes nuclear, that every big Chinese city is wiped off the map. I do not think Xi understands that. I suspect Xi is living in a foggy bubble where he thinks Russia and the West are destroyed and Xi and the Chinese Communist party is there for the clean up and the domination of the world-- what is left of it. Xi is rather dumb to much extent for he loves Russia for stealing Outer Manchuria, yet he hates the USA for making China rich. So, well, can we get Xi to remove Putin? I suspect not. For he lives in that fantasy of China untouched and China cleans up after the rest of the world is a ash wasteland.

So, the West, after it is seen on 22July of a treaty to let food grains out of Ukraine and the very next day 23July, Russia bombs the shipping, is time for the West to take a new role a new strategy. Call up Putin and tell him we are ready willing and able to push nuclear buttons for which every Russian and Chinese city because a ash pile. And every missile strike in Ukraine is met by a missile strike upon Moscow, St. Petersburg and Volgograd and Vladivostok.
