Huh? A worldwide climate change isn't "merely" anything,
and "system states" isn't very meaningful; does that imply some kind
of eigenstate of a propogation matrix?

As for the sun, it isn't observed to be changing enough to matter, and there has been
observation aplenty. It certainly isn't the source of climate change in recent decades.

Obviously not, but when the environmental driver(s) of the ice age, things like ocean currents, start to have less effect, then average temperatures no longer support glaciers. Where you get into trouble is when positively huge glacier melt lakes form pent up by flimsy ice dams. This massive lake in Canada is a strong suspect in having caused the Younger Dryas about 11,000 years ago.

Ozone Holes. We had to live with hurricanes and tornadoes and
blizzards.

I blame CO2 for all that new stuff.

You wait until the arctic ice mass reduces below critical point. The arctic ice is the flywheel of our weather engine. When it's gone, all hell will break loose, weather will become globally chaotic.

Where you get into trouble is when positively huge glacier melt lakes form pent up by flimsy ice dams. This massive lake in Canada is a strong suspect in having caused the Younger Dryas about 11,000 years ago.
