If you prefer to get replies to your questions asked on Titter
you need to enable Notifcations one by one user

In the past, Notifications were enabled by default

Elon Twitter turned into timeline, not supporting chat, communication.

If I ask @Twitter @TwitterSupport a question
I don't get any answer, since I need to open every user and have Notifications enabled for him/her individually, one by one.

So traffic at Twitter is down 99%

and businesses show no interest to place paid ads since not atched or read since traffic has been downgraded to trash

Mute notifications from people:
You don’t follow
Who don’t follow you
With a new account
Who have a default profile photo
Who haven’t confirmed their email
Who haven’t confirmed their phone number
These filters won’t affect notifications from people you follow. Learn more

I didn't disable Notifications in general
but for every user's profile, under his/her image logo, appears icon to get notifications for him/her enabled

what a shit

So Notifications not disabled in general
but have to be enabled one by one manually.
