A full 30% of their workforce works overseas, which is what makes this such a major problem.

And you should see their New Years celebrations. Maniacs detonating bombs and launching missiles with abandon. You really need to be in an air raid shelter until it's over.

This is a bigger mess than people know. They actually blew out at lot of critical and expensive electronics with overvoltage when they were trying to switch over to backup.

Un-typical Philippines new story in mix of Tagalog and English. Tagalog is an ancient language which lacks words for more modern terminology so they use the English word when it's needed. This article is mostly English with Tagalog interjected for emphasis.
