Are there any theorems of the form “If . . . x . . . y . . . then all even numbers between . . . and . . . are the sum of two prime numbers”?

Thanks,

Beyond "if x = 4 × 10^18, then all even numbers between 4 and x are the sum of two prime numbers” I am not aware of any meaningful result in that direction.

How much of an expert are you? How would I find out - find & write some expert?

I have one. You take pairs of unrelated primes and certain pairs of pairs imply a big interval of numbers satisfy Goldbach's Conjecture.
Next I would see which pairs or pairs of pairs are needed to prove all up to a point (programming it.)
I thought of it in response to a tweet that referenced the conjecture.

And how did they determine that - just a smart search? Is there any verification method that doesn't derive 2 primes to prove a number? I don't.
Do they just verify them 1 at a time?
