Absolute character of the universal present moment by change of frame of
reference: two observers present in the same place observe the same
universe (but very deformed spatially).

First drawing: an observer is in the center of a wagon, and simultaneously
perceives two flashes which strike the wheels of the wagon.
At the same moment he perceives the lightning, he meets a pedestrian on
the quay.

Second drawing: the pedestrian also perceives the two flashes
simultaneously (which is logical because he is "seen perceiving" the two
flashes by the observer of the train and a joint event - he perceives the
two flashes - is necessarily joint in all the repositories otherwise, it
is absurd). BUT he does not perceive them in the same place. The part of
the car which approaches it is dilated, the part of the car which flees it
is contracted. In this specific case: spatial relativity but both perceive
the same universe.
