We will try to show that there is a red shift if an electromagnetic source
moves away,
and we will show that there is a blue shift if it approaches.
We then set λ'=λ.sqrt[(1+v/c)/(1-v/c)] if the body leaks in the
terrestrial reference frame.
and λ'=λ.sqrt[(1-v/c)/(1+v/c)] if the body is approaching.
And we put:
ν'=ν.sqrt[(1-v/c)/(1+v/c)] if the body leaks.
and ν'=ν.sqrt[(1+v/c)/(1-v/c)] if the body is approaching.
Nothing very difficult.
These equations are obviously taken from a more general equation.
What is the formula to use when giving µ as the angle made by the
direction of the displacement of the electromagnetic source with the sight
of the subject in the terrestrial frame of reference?
ν is the proper electromagnetic frequency.
ν' is the electromagnetic frequency perceived by the terrestrial
observer.
Who can answer?

yes sure, But who is commanding the Ukrainian forces? No Zaluzhny, and Syrskyi hasn't been seen since that May attack on command center. And the fucking khazar gay actor zelenske is not there, long ago. There are Telegram messages but anyone can type those.

"The long-anticipated Ukrainian counteroffensive has effectively stalled, and they continue to take heavy casualties, heavy attrition. Most of the Kiev regime’s troops who perished in this counteroffensive died without ever really seeing the enemy, not to mention that they lost a lot more men than the Russian defenders."
