Unusually for me, I'll assume that you can.

Once its showing the page on your screen, please take a screenshot.
Post that screenshot into an Apple Message, and address it to yourself.
Send the message. On receipt of same, are you able to put your mouse
pointer onto the various links in the screenshot and activate/action the
link?

If you can do this, can you provide any technical reason for this behaviour?
