Preface: The Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 has made the world nervous and jittery about a nuclear war. Especially when we have so many petty insane dictators in the world who have nuclear ICBMs. An ICBM is short for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile that carries nuclear payload. Russia has about 6,000 ICBM and NATO about 5,500. It is unclear how many ICBMs that China has. But the world is a tinder box if ICBM missiles are launched.. If a nuclear war happens, I believe humanity will live on, but have to take perhaps a 1,000 years to recuperate and recover. And life on Earth will change dramatically. But that is not the reason for writing this book, because, even though humanity will recover, I feel, that a nuclear war will close the window on what humanity should be doing right now-- make a permanent colony on Europa, the satellite of Jupiter because our own Sun has gone into Red Giant Phase. And I feel we have only a 1,000 year time window of success in making a colony on Europa. If we have a nuclear war, instead of colonizing Europa, it may probably cause the extinction of humanity and all of life on Earth as the Sun swallows Earth in its fiery flames.

So that a nuclear war will not kill all life on Earth, but the Sun surely will kill all life on Earth, and the nuclear war prevents us from escaping to a colony on Europa. It is this urgency that forces me to write a book on how to make ICBMs obsolete.

Ruin GLONASS, you ruin all drones and missiles and then when Putin says -- nuclear buttons, is all hot air because no more guidance system. His missiles may then, when launched fall back onto Russia and blow up Russia.

Yes, Russia will get out of Ukraine the moment it starts to see GLONASS not functioning, even, satellites falling out of the sky. For their ICBMs are linked to the GLONASS. As well as their drones and aircraft.

So, West, to end this Russian aggression start "telephone calling up" GLONASS and jam or hack them and make them fall out of the sky.

Of course, well, the West is in deep deep trouble if Russia starts doing that to GPS. But as we can easily see-- the West is leaps and bounds more advanced in electrical and electronics than is Russia.

Economic sanctions are a great tool in alerting a country that they have a bad, and ugly dictator that they need to get rid of. But as for the actual removal of the dictator, economic sanctions are too slow, glacial pace in removal. What economic sanctions do good in, is depress the dictator's country so that it does not have the resources to be even more belligerant. Economic sanctions should have been imposed on Russia and China and North Korea by 1950 to suppress their growth.

Instead the West did the antithesis, the exact opposite in trading with Russia and China so they are powerhouses today. But what if economic sanctions had been applied as strict as today, back in 1950? I dare say, China would now not be #2 economic powerhouse. And the silly idea of buying all that fossil fuel from Russia to allow it to invade Ukraine, here again, I dare say they would not be in the position to have invaded.

Economic sanctions work at a glacial pace in speed.

For our modern day concerns, we need something as fast as ICBM missiles are fast.

And that something is the satellites that navigate ICBMs and that provide TV and telephone.

So that when we have Russia invade Ukraine or North Korea test launching missiles or China saber rattling over Taiwan or Iran sending drones to Russia to destroy Ukraine electrical grid. What is needed is Fast Speed Compensary retaliation. We ruin GLONASS, we ruin BeiDou, we ruin Iran satellites. We ruin them by telephone call up Jamming which can down the satellite and make it fall back to Earth.

And when a dictator country like Russia, China, Iran, North Korea can no longer provide its people with TV, with telephones, then those people will not take years to get rid of the bad dictator but take days and weeks and the "dictator is out".

Fortunately, the West has the most scientists, the best in the world, and can figure out how to Telephone Call Up satellites and ruin them.

Satellites is the KEY weapon of the West. And we plainly see that it is satellites that is winning in Ukraine. The weapons of the West are heavily endowed by electronic, electrical superiority over Russia, China, and others. And it is this electrical superiority, the West must now use to make ICBMs obsolete.

For the minute you knock out GLONASS and BeiDou, not only does Russia and China have TV and telephone and a mass public outrage, but you also knock out their ICBM navigation guidance. The knock out could be so severe that if the insane Putin presses nuclear buttons, his own missiles explode on Russian lands. Same goes for China, and especially North Korea-- which is just using Chinese missiles.

So the KEY to war, now and into the near future-- satellite navigation.

So, by all means, let us see some Russian, some Chinese and the Iranian satellites fall from the sky and into the Oceans. And let us see those peoples of Russia, China, Iran rebel in the streets for they have no TV, and have no phone system as they had before.

Now can these satellite tugs manuever around, and sort of wait for a Russian, Chinese or Iran satellite to come by. Then manuever so that the Russian, Chinese, Iran satellite is knocked out of its orbit into free-fall back to Earth. Sort of like sweep the skies clean of Russian, Chinese, Iran satellites.

If you think Economic sanctions takes years to remove a dictator, then when people have no TV and no phone-- they remove the dictator in a week.
