What was dark can now be seen:

i[n] = floor(((1 / 9) * 10^(n+2))+1) = 1...2

i[0] = floor(((1 / 9) * 10^(0+2))+1) = 12
i[1] = floor(((1 / 9) * 10^(1+2))+1) = 112
i[2] = floor(((1 / 9) * 10^(2+2))+1) = 1112
i[3] = floor(((1 / 9) * 10^(3+2))+1) = 11112
i[4] = floor(((1 / 9) * 10^(4+2))+1) = 111112
