But the comparative biological facts are obvious: all tetrapods with pachy-osteo-sclerotic (very heavy, dense & thick) skeletons are slow & shallow divers for sessile foods: erectus (more than neanderthals) were no exception. And ear exostoses (neanderthals) in mammals are caused by cold water irrigation. These facts are undeniable. Moreover we have: flat feet (cursorial tetrapods are invariably unguli- or digitigrade, not plantigrade); stone tool use (cf sea-otter), huge brain (seafood: DHA etc.), large lungs (neanderth.), human voluntary breathing, subcutan.fat-layer, fur loss (rudiments) etc.etc.
Only incredible imbeciles still believe their early-Pleistocene ancestors ran after antelopes.

Title and summary of talk: "Selling the Aquatic Ape Theory"
For those that have studied and understand it, the aquatic ape theory makes perfect sense. So why is it so difficult to sell?
In this talk I look at some of the reasons why the aquatic ape theory has had such bad press in the past, and offer some personal views on how it might best be promoted in the future.
