RIP Sinead. Your angelic voice will live on forever. I lost my sister in 2015 and lost my brother this January 2023 both to mental illness so I understand the struggle. No longer do they have to wander ❤

The kind of fame offered at the top levels of the arts is somewhat
unique in that while people like Bob Widlar were famous within their own
disciplines, he could probably go out to dinner or the mall in most
places in America without anyone accosting him.

Even Elon Musk could probably find some bar in the Midwest or a beach in
Vietnam where nobody would recognize him (at least for a while) where he
could just be a "regular person" for a bit, if he chose to do that.

People like Michael Jackson or the Beatles who were "bigger than Jesus"
couldn't do that, they become prisoners in their own lives, a peculiar
kind of hell.

Some people have publicists who maximize their exposure, get them on
magazine covers, and then complain that they have no privacy.

I want to be rich but I don't want to be famous. My preferred fashion

She was cursed with Irish mental instability. Have they confirmed it was suicide or something else.

They covered up for Robin Williams pretty well with the suicide story. The alternative and probably real explanation was rather embarrassing.
