Here's the final paragraph: "In fairness, unlike the problem of how many scientists to award in a given year, the issue of laureates going
off the rails is not one that the Nobel committee can solve. That one’s on us—on our tendency to see the
Nobel Prize as the apotheosis of scientific worth. It is not. Like every other prize, it is flawed and subjective.
By reifying it, we overinflate the egos of those who receive it, and we undermine those who do not.
“Ultimately, it’s up to us to dethrone the Nobel Prizes,” wrote science writer Matthew Francis last year. “They
rule our perception of science and how it’s done by our consent, and it’s past time we withdrew that
consent.”" Most of the rest talks of lack of diversity, focus on individuals, and misuse of their fame afterwards supporting things like eugenics in one case.

Nobel prizes in science are given for discoveries. Supporting an
existing discovery doesn't cut it.

Hahhahah :-)) No he couldn't sing, but he was very clever in bringing
together long forgotten melodies and make money with them using his
poetry powers. He is a poet first.

You don't get it...he stoled the lyrics/words from other artists, and he
stole words from books.

He's a gonif. He got the Nobel Prize for Gonif.

Joni Mitchell once said: "Bob Dylan is not authentic at all. He's a
plagiarist and his name and voice are fake. Everything about Bob is a
deception...."

In one of his tours in Dallas early in 1980s a neighbor told me he was
booed. I thought it was the Rednecks in the audience doing it. Now with
what you're saying perhaps he was actually booed by everyone there.

Same behaviour...

There is a very strange habit of this website:

the content pops up for an instant and shortly after a 'work in progress
page' is shown.

This is as if that website would be blocked on the way towards Germany
(for uncertain reasons).

I can hear quite good and have also good visual memories.

Therefore I have the ability to estimate (by long experience) the face
of a person from the sound of the voice of that person.

But in many (if not most) of the cases of very popular artists the voice
of a singer does not fit to the face.
