BJ pop: https://www.ebay.com/itm/155476325387
BJ push: https://www.ebay.com/itm/204287982201

The problem is that some BJ pins are flush mounted (i.e. control arm) and some are extrude mounted (i.e. tie rod). I have to add temporary pins and spacers to make it work.

Ideal tool would be the C clamp with a screw hole on stop to mount a pin (for flush mounted pop) and a hole (for extrude mounted push) and also an attachment (bottom part of BJ pop) to the C clamp.

Any suggestions?

I did. The BJ pop won't pop more than 1mm. I needed to pop at least 10mm. The holding hole block the top of the popper.

Similar thing for BJ push on the extrude mounted pin.

Too far to walk. My friend work at home Friday. I don't want to bother him unless necessary.

Actually, i got the BJ popper and a (destructive) fork. The fork clear around 10mm, but needed a few more. The BJ popper is non-destructive, just in case I need to open the new arm again.

Waiting for the BJ pusher and try it this Friday.

A 2" pipe with cap cut to 1" fit on the BJ base perfectly. My friend happens to have one around. Didn't even have to go to the store. Ideally, have a plastic guard ring around the open end, but they don't really make the right side. Perhaps cutting a 2.5" pipe to size and metal clamp it, or 3D print one. For now, I just super-glue and duct tape it.

The new control knee (lower arm) stud is around 3mm shorter. Actually over-push it and had to back it off with the BJ popper. All done in a few minutes with the right tools.

The new axle ordered a week ago still have not been shipped. Is there a UPS wild-cat strike? Why not Fed-Ex? Going to write to seller.

The wheel hub/bearing sound bad. I am going to replace both sides. No point in using old bearing on new axle. Some says for both Leaf and Sentra. This one ship from CA says Sentra only. I am afraid of ordering something from east coast. It should fit Leaf, right? Look like the same thing.

So, i replaced the knee (lower arm) and axle, but didn't have the hub puller. Will have to redo it. Does hub bearing go bad (random turning noise) after 90,000 miles? Or was it because of the broken knee and axle? Should I replace both sides? Already got both hub bearings.

Foot note: Thanks to Autozone loaner (no cost), I pulled the axle off the transmission with a axle puller and slide hammer, but did not have the hub adapter. I think it should be in the hammer box, but i didn't ask and they didn't give.

Wheel bearings do wear out (from distance travelled and the load
experienced) but they can also be damaged by other causes
(contaminants, extreme loads, etc...). As you need to borrow a tool
to do the work you should do both sides. The other side has 90000
fewer miles remaining on it that it had when it was new.
