dear Keith,
I remember your theory about the speed of light being carried along by the atmosphere so that the final speed would be c'=c-v(atm) or c'=c+v(atm),
on which I disagreed.
To my surprise, I ran in a book (in italian) where are reported
several experiments that seem somehow to confirm your ideas.

Muon physics has a lot going on.

Because of there being both "motion" and "rest", there's a sense
of the "traveling frames", that bodies' space, travels with the bodies.
