When people ask "Is the Helical Path Paradox your favorite thought-child?"
I answer no; my most cherished child is, and will always remain the Big Ben Paradox. This is because the BBP is responsible for sending both Special and General Relativity down to Sheol. The Helical Path Paradox's lethality is sufficient only to ensure that Special Relativity has a spot on the boat across the River Styx.

I credit my discoveries to my coming of mathematical age well after I had achieved a level-headed adulthood in all matters philosophic. Men like Tom Roberts, Paul B. Anderson and Jan(s) were too eager in their youth. And thus too early seduced by the meretricious Mathematica before they were able to think critically about her. The seductive curves of the integral sign, the shimmy in the walk of the Leibnetz derivative, the flirtatious batting of the summation sign's eyelashes, the fan-dance of the imaginary number, and the writhing of the transcendentals on the couch all served to completely beguile the aforementioned before they understood what was happening. Now they live with the mistakes of their youth, as we all can plainly see.

I shall now go on to conclude my Sylvia-proof Helical Path Paradox in the same cold clinical manner that brought the world its first valid proof of 1 = -1. But first I must have my lunch.

Your "Big Ban Paradox" and your " Helical Path Paradox" do not show any
problems with either SR or GR. They only show problems with YOUR
PERSONAL MISUNDERSTANDING of relativity and basic physics.
