How can I tell if the part numbers are different if the radiator for a 97
Toyota 4Runner base model 4cyl will fit a 2005 camry le 4cyl?

Is there an online cross reference like there is for bulbs and batteries?

Yeah if you look up the part on rockauto, and click on the part number, it will tell you all of the different vehicles and years that part will fit. Comes in handy sometimes.
