Examining the superconducting diode effect
https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2023/10/231002124407.htm
A collaboration of FLEET researchers from the University of Wollongong and Monash University
have reviewed the superconducting diode effect, one of the most fascinating
phenomena recently discovered in quantum condensed-matter physics.

I'd guess the diodes work at millivolts and milliamps.

Yeah, maybe, but the effect is to go from superconducting to plain old
metallic conducting, not 'switch off'; that means the impedance of the mixer
is milliohm-or-less.

Got any good 0.005 ohm transmission line designs?

Yeah, bit hard to get it through the door tho. Tracks are kinda wide.

If superconducting it should work at much lower voltages, mayve microvolts?
Could perhaps be used for power generation from small temperature variatios,
I like the thermocouple high voltage generator, like this:

Tabby seems to have been using a one of the simple formulae for calculating transmission line impedance that you find in ECL application notes. They lose accuracy outside the range 50R to 75R.

The proper calculations are rather more complicated. and don't seem to offer 5mR transmission lines.

https://avtechpulse.com/catalog/page_new_av-clz_rev7.pdf

offers a 1R line, but seems to get it by paralleling a lot 5OR cables.
