Estimate was done by Federal Reserve in Dallas, so it's a pretty good estimate seeing as how they balance every single book in the state, to include checkbooks.

Projections by Texas A&M University's Office of the Texas State Climatologist paint a grim future, with 100-degree days expected to nearly double by 2036, especially in urban areas.

It will never be 'nice' outside before long...iow
