Freedom of Speech also has a duty to truth. So we allow jerks to spam and fan falsehoods and crank and crackpot notions. Paid by Russia to wage fake news and Anti-science. Pentcho Valev and Arindam Banerjee-- are likely to be paid for Russian misinformation. Several others are also in this league.
