I can usually work at a problem until I can find the solution.

In this case, I'm stumped.

Snit has suggested that Apple itself may have changed matters but I have
no way of checking.

I strongly suspect that Kelly Phillips is simply unwilling to take the
risk of loading and running EtreCheck on her Apple computer.
