A a really does need to learn more. Phil Hobbs is about as far away from being an idiot as anyone posts here, which isn't saying all that much. and his response was entirely on-topic, if a trifle frivolous.

We know he aspires to become a moderator for this group, and this post does demonstrate how far he fall short of having the necessary intellectual skills required to do even a half-way decent job.
