Einstein's 1905 postulates, true or false, entail the opposite: the fast-moving observer sees time in the stationary world SLOW DOWN. This is easy to deduce by considering a scenario in which the fast-moving observer checks stationary clocks against his spaceship's clocks.

Why is Neil deGrasse Tyson so dishonest as to abuse even special relativity's logic? He has no other choice. Imagine that he obeys logic and informs his fans that the fast-moving observer sees time in the stationary world SLOW DOWN. But then they all will immediately realize that the twin paradox is what it has always been: an absurdity. And Neil deGrasse Tyson will have to sing "Lasciatemi morire":

Brian Cox flies towards the spotlight at 0.75c and informs the gullible audience that the light hits him in the face at c, not 1.75c, and that "light travels at the same speed no matter how you look at it" was a prediction of Maxwell's 19th century theory:
