I looked into whether any Jews disfavor the term "antisemite"

I found a linguistic objection to the term. The objection is that means an
irrational fear of a language family, not of an ethnicity/ race

"jew" or anything to do with it is highly triggering - thats why the neutral,academic-sounding "anti-semitism" has taken hold.
