Yes of course, that is true only & strictly when (a, b, c) are positive constructible numbers only in their surd form, whereas PT fails completely with (a, b, c) are non-constructible numbers, Simply because those non-constructible numbers don't exist, which makes PT absolutely proven truth & beyond any little doubts
