Unfortunately US history has allowed for errant and criminal behavior to take place in government.

The President as chief executive is part to blame for not breaking up -- Dereliction-of-Duty along with Disorderly Conduct-- not passing bills on time.. And in the era of the idiot Trump presidency this dereliction of duty and disorderly conduct has gone way way too far.

So, well The President should step in and appoint Patrick McHenry as permanent Speaker until the baby minded Republican Party gets its act together. And Biden should throw in jail those that become hostile.

The US Supreme Court should drop everything they are doing at the moment and step in and aid Joe Biden as to make Government a continuous running active body, not with these peptic ulcer shutdowns caused by crazed people like Jim Jordan and a batch of Republican renegades of law.

American people are sick and tired of Republicans holding all of America hostage to their sick and demented whims.

The world at large cannot wait for sick demented Republicans to do their proper jobs when Ukraine and Israel wait.

Announce today 21 Oct 2023 that the Speaker of the House is Patrick McHenry, no longer acting but full Speaker, until and unless the House itself decides upon a Speaker.

So that by 22Oct2023, we have a war Budget Bill to aid Ukraine and Israel and signed by you into law on 22Oct2023.

Ever since 1980s, we have had a string of Republicans shutting down the process of government-- which is counter to the US Constitution. For the Constitution is a document of a Continuous Active Flow of Government.

Ask the USA Supreme Court for further guidelines as to your Executive Powers if the Republican party continues to wreck havoc and ruin to the process of a continuous flow of government. Such as throwing some House members in jail for their Dereliction of Duty and Disorderly Conduct. Under Trump, the House had become excessive in Anti-Government activities, shutting-down government, furlough of wages, and many nasty deeds.

As for Jim Jordan trying you for impeachment, Jordan needs some time behind bars to sort his head out, for there is no evidence of impeachable crimes. And Jordan is just wasting the time of everyone in the House. I suspect that Jordan had a concussion in some of his wrestling matches in Ohio and is unable to think straight or think clearly anymore.

Please, Joe Biden, be a strong rational US President, with the aid of Attorney General Garland, today, via Executive Order of your office as President announce that Patrick McHenry is the true Speaker of the House, not just acting. That the Speaker needs to be a continuous flow in time and cannot be interrupted and shut down.

Then by Monday, 23Oct2023, announce that 60 billion dollars in aid to Ukraine is on its way.

American people are Practical, Hard Working and Pragmatic, and sick and tired of the dereliction of duty and disorderly conduct of Republicans with their perpetual baby games of shutdown.

Joe, I am sure the Roberts Court will back you, and probably even advise you on the easiest way of stopping this Mindless Republican Party cycles of government shutdown.

And telephone call Chief Justice Roberts in advance to keep him in the loop, before you make a speech to the nation of Mr. McHenry a full Speaker. You probably will need Mr.Roberts for his advice on reigning in rogue Congress.. For Putin in Russia does not have halting of his government by right wing crazies that America has halting of government, and shutdowns by right wing crazies. Ukraine needs those 50 F-16s now, not two months later. Ukraine needs to win the war, and the longer you have right wing Republican crazies shutting down US government, the more and more happy and gleeful is Putin.

President Biden-- I am afraid you really have no choice but to exercise your full Executive Powers and appoint Mr. McHenry or even a Democrat as Full Speaker, unless and until the Republican Party can oblige their duties.

Because the Republican Party, going forward is going to shutdown all of government.

Imagine yourself in 2024 election, with a Shutdown raging into November of 2024, and all of 2024 with no Speaker, simply because Republicans enjoy where the House is nothing but a merry go round of closure.

President Biden, you really have no choice but to exercise Full Executive Power and appoint a Speaker and even place under arrest quite a few Republican Congress persons who do nothing on Capitol Hill but obstruct, block and shut down government.

Shutdown has become a Disease on Capitol Hill, and you, President Biden needs to reign it in.

The USA government should be OPEN continuously, no shutdown possible.

And the simple reason we have any shutdown, is because the President and Supreme Court is too meek, too cowardly, too mild and hiding from their full responsibilities of that which is outlined in the first sentence of the Constitution --- In Order to Form a More Perfect Union.

Shutdowns form nothing but destruction. Destruction of government, destruction of America along with destruction of the Constitution.

Joe Biden, call up Mr. Roberts of Supreme Court and get counsel on the easiest way of preventing any and all shutdowns.

I think the easiest way of all, is for you to replace any House Speaker that is blocking government performance. Get legislation passed on time. So stop the Dereliction of Duties and the Disorderly Conduct. Throw in jail some Republicans-- Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan, Taylor Greene if need be.

The Founding Fathers are rolling in their graves after seeing what clown, hypocrisy, invidious crazy and lunatic antics are going on in the House of Representatives. A shutdown is No Government, No Constitution.

Joe, start Appointing the Speaker-- perhaps Hakeem Jeffries rather than Mr. Patrick McHenry.

The House should never be shut down, and if it is, it is the fault of a weak President and weak Supreme Court.

President Biden you will lose the election of 2024, unless you start to act now on government closure and shutdowns that the Republican Party is generating. They not only have No Speaker but threaten a Budget Appropriations fiasco come November and throughout 2024.

Appalling that the Republican Party actually believes "no governance and shutdown" is a good campaign strategy and thinks the voters will vote Republican just to Open up government once again. The Republican Party is that dumb as to think No Speaker, and Shutdown will win votes.

But Joe, you must show active engagement and removal of Republican shutdown, for the American people just maybe hoodwinked by Republican shutdowns.
