How do I get the speed back?

I have 1.6G free on internal RAM and 20G free on SD.

I keep closing apps that I used but seem to have no effect.

Also when I come home it gets worse for several minutes when I ty to use
it. Home WiFi is fast 2.4G and 5GHz. WiFi speed tests on my laptop
WiFi connection show 200Mb/sec down and 15Mb/s up roughly.

The phone speeds up a little but not to where it was when new after
being home for a while.
