within the last week this annoying "tool" has constantly popped up making it impossible to continue my activities until I turn it off.

It seems that despite doing so, it stills pops up unwanted.
It feels like the result of an update.

Has anyone else sufferred frpom this?
This is on an Android 11 on a Xiaomi M9.
