A friend went to upgrade his S-10 with the Hawk beta-version which sent his vario into an epileptic fit. He's interested in making the Hawk (wind vectoring) work, not just getting the unit back into a previous functioning version. Any suggestions? I know there's a good LXNAV discussion group, but what I've read indicates it most people don't have issues with the upgrade.
