What exactly do want to know about the Mini Nimbus elevator?
I flew the all flying stab version and found no issues thermalling or in the pattern, but at higher speeds, I recommend holding your elbow close into your side to prevent over controlling that could rapidly escalate into a PIO!

I looked at the site of Schempp_Hirth and on the site of Southern Soaring, SH representative: both no info.
The elevator is fine, including the TM14, colors added. However the servo tab was mentioned earlier in the group.
It should dampen the sensitive character of the elevator.

Sorry about not being clear enough: I meant "called or emailed them with
the serial number and specific question(s) about the moving tail and
servo tab". Without that sort of input from you they're unlikely to be
able to provide much help.

As they are the Mini Nimbus type certificate holder they are best placed
to know exactly what fittings were on the glider when it left them.
Beyond that its up to you to read the log book to see what, if any, ADs
and/or repairs have been carried out and what other modifications, if
any, have been applied to the glider.

The type certificate for glider I fly, a Glasflugel Libelle 201, is held
by Glasfaser in Germany, They are very helpful with supplying replacement
parts as well as drawings. They've also sent me photos and additional
tips that other owners have fed back to them.

I'd expect S-H to respond in the same way.
