Dear All,
according to your experience, are there any free application, for
switching a tablet in Kiosk mode, in order to borrow them in a public
library?

I searched the net, but free applications I found out are poor in
blocking settings.

There's an app called kiosk go, which I think does what you ask.

Thank you for your answer, but Public Library Managements decided to
reset the tablets at the initial factory conditions, each time they will
be returned.
