I used the small screwdriver to remove the keypad and saw two holes behind it in the door. I inserted the key, which had a semi-circular head, into the larger hole and turned it 90 deg anti-clockwise. This must have removed a plate preventing full access inside the smaller hole. I then inserted the screwdriver fully into the smaller hole and turned it clockwise which drew the door bolts open.

I locked myself out by closing the door and hit reset by mistake. Now when I type in my 4 digit number it says error. I have ELSAFE anyone can help much appreciated. Paul
