I use Godaddy for e-mail. On my Windows computer, Starting yesterday,
I could no longer get e-mail. The problem was apparently that my OWL
subscription had expired, and when I paid them the €10, the problem
went away.

Now Bluemail on my Android phone doesn't work, so I think I need I
also need to enable OWL there. But I can't find any way to edit the
server settings. Can somebody help?

Or is there no way to do this and I have to delete the account and
re-add it?

Not on my Windows computer.

Leaving aside OWL for the moment, let me ask again, does anyone know
how I can change the server settings on my Android Bluemail? Do I have
to delete and add back my account or is there a way to change it
directly?

While I was there, I thought that perhaps Bluemail didn't have my
latest password, so I went to Edit Account -> Update Password and
entered the current password, It says "Password is incorrect."

Also, while on Edit Account, I see that at the top it says

PROVIDER: OFFICE365
Account: xxxxxxxx
Protocol: IMAP

On my Windows 11 computer, Thunderbird says

Server Type: owl
Server Name: outlook.office365.com
User Name: xxxxxxxxx

I don't see where Thunderbird says what the protocol is.

This is why I thought I might have to edit the server settings.

Strange! It's there for me (Bluemail Version 1.9.8.213). Two below the
update password setting.

Same version here.

Following Provider, not editable, and with a big red dot on the right,
the only choices are

Name
Update Password
Description
Account Color
Revert to the Default Account Color
Calday Manual Config
Remove Account

in that order.

Should I just remove the account and add it back? Is there any
downside to doing that?

Or should I just switch to another e-mail client, such as K9, which I
used to use?

Why do you need OWL for TB to talk to MS365?

Edit / Account settings. Select the account you want, then go to the
Server Settings section on the left panel. Then at the top right you
will see "server type: imap mail server" or whatever.

In your case it says "owl". The protocol is "owl".

You have to create the account again, you can not change it.

I don't know why. I tried it a while back, and then I couldn't get
rid of it. Fortunately it's inexpensive, so I don't care much.

I thought that was likely to be the case. No time now, but I'll do it
later today or tomorrow.

If you like Bluemail, I'd just remove and add back. Hopefully it fixes
things.
