I have spent a large part of the day checking out the bikes since I had a few projects that were bothering me. The Colnago CLX3.0 is all set up to install the longer rear derailleur wire. The Chorus group is completely installed on the Colnago C50 and the Trek Alpha 1.5 needed to have the carbon brake shoes exchanged for aluminum pads. I just finished doing that and aligning them. I also replaced the saddle pack with a much lighter one since the Continental 4 Seasons tires on it so seldom get a flat that you can carry a bare minimum of repair stuff. So now with the water bottle and seat pack the Trek weighs in at 19.8 lbs. No comparison with Kragowski's ego, but a light enough bike as my everyday rider.

Is that a full water bottle or an empty water bottle? A full 20 ounce water bottle weighs 1.25 pounds. Water only. Not including the weight of the plastic water bottle itself. A 28 ounce water bottle weighs 1.75 pounds. Water only. So do you need to adjust your 19.8 pounds weight up to 21 or 21.5 pounds?
