The Me-Too Math Textbook Industry, copy paste another author, just change a few sample problems and publish, Gilbert Strang's CALCULUS, 1991. Did Strang copy paste Stewart??

Page 214, of Strang's scatterbrained Calculus, I mean, what the hell, Gilbert feels it is appropriate to define what Complex Number is on page 360, but seems to not have one logical marble in his head to know that he should define "what the hell are the numbers he uses up to page 360. I mean, I used to call the obnoxious John Baez with his claim that he read Feynman Lectures on Physics when still a toddler of age 8?? being a scatterbrained jumping bean with his "quantum foam nonsense" when that twit never had the logical brains to know a proton at 938MeV cannot exist as a hydrogen atom with the electron at 0.5MeV flying around the proton at the speed of light outside the proton. You need the true electron to be the muon at 105MeV stuck inside the real proton of 840MeV doing the Faraday law. But I digress too much here, and back to Strang's Fundamental Theorem of Calculus butchery of a proof.

And we all know that Stewart wrote 3-4 editions of his Calculus before Strang wrote his first edition in 1991. And Strang's FTC proof is almost word for word what Stewart's fake proof is.

When math is fake math, others have to copy paste others.

When math is true math, such as AP's Geometry proof of Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, then it is so clear of a proof, there is no need of one author having to copy paste another. The proof is so clear, everyone can write it in their own thoughts and add on to the proof, no need to copy paste steal..
