Most of the battery holders for the Di2 battery are 27.2 or 31.8 mm for standard seat posts Richey makes a 1 1/8" holder that I received yesterday. This morning I tried it and it works absolutely perfectly in the aero seatpost on the Colnago. So now I don't have to adlib battery holder as I had been doing with a string through the seat post and tying round the battery.

Mow the bike is back to saleable condition and is back on Craigslist. I will no longer sell through Ebay when the last bike I sold, they took $200 from a $1,500 sale.

Dura Ave or Ultegra cranksets are both Hollowtech and since I broke two of these I wouldn't put another in so I bought a 105 which is a solid casting. I think that the difference in weight was only something like 18 grams.

And i don't have to worry about some strong rider breaking the crankset of an expensive bike he just bought.
