Who would even think of doing something like this let alone actually kidnapping someone he hit no doubt accidently but was willing to eliminate the kid to avoid legal trouble. This is the world of Frank, Scharf, Slocum, Seaton and Liebermann. At least Flunky appears to be looking at what these idiots are posting and backing away from them. How much would you like to bet that this isn't the only criminal activity this Mendoza is involved in?

It was all a misunderstanding. Mendoza wanted to steal the bicycle.

So now Liebermann proves he cannot even read and that the kidnapper wasn't really a kidnapper but a bicycle thief.

Correct. Which would you rather take? A 13 year old brat, or his
bicycle? Having dealt with friends and neighbors aspiring juvenile
delinquents, the bicycle would be my preference.

You need sensitivity training. This is a bicycling newsgroup. You
are expected to ask about the condition of the bicycle after Mendoza
hit it with his Toyota Tundra. Have you no sympathy for the bicycle?
Don't worry about the kid. 13 year olds are indestructable.

Good point. His parents might have enough money to buy him a new
bicycle. Probably something with 26 inch wheels. The kid will
probably demand carbon fiber and a Campagnolo groupset.

You must be a psychic. I didn't have eggs for lunch today. I did
have three eggs yesterday and dropped an egg on the kitchen floor. I
just checked with my webcam and couldn't see any egg on my face.
