I really don't know how to prevent this sort of thing. Even on the bike paths around here I don't dare call out to people that I'm going to pass because they immediately pivot around on their foot in the side you're passing and end up directly in front of you. So I do the alternative and pass without warning as rapidly as possible. People will always make the wrong decision. So it is best to be well past them when they make it.

This really a shame the guy could have been dangerously hurt just continuing but one really never knows how bad things are at times. He probably thought is was just a crash get up and ride.

Well what do you say when sprinter cause huge crashes? They've been purposely cutting Peter Sagan off so that he can't compete with them. What do you say about racers touching bars or wheels and falling off causing massive pileups. I watched a pileup that seemed to be caused by nothing at all. Perhaps the white line was slippery.

Like I say, I don't know how to stop this sort of thing and blaming the spectator any more than the peleton who are riding wheel on wheel doesn't make a lot or sense.

So Tommy boy thinks the fan is not too blame for sticking his/her arms and body and phone into the race course, space, the riders are riding. Steve Bartman was innocent of interfering with the Cubs player trying to catch the flyball too. Typical of Trumper Tommy to blame someone else. Their fault, not mine. Taking responsibility for your own actions is not Tommy Trumper's way. No sirree.
