common error, electromagnetic is not magnetic and electric. A door clock
is magnetic and electric, but that's not electromagnetic in the sense of
electromagnetic.

Only because you are uneducated to a vast extent. See the name, electric,
about electrons, and magnetic, similarly about polarization of atoms and
molecules. EM is not like that. Stop abusing your apparatus, illegal in
many countries of residence.
