we know some
we can measure some
we see some
from these partial information somehow distorted or manipulated we must infer what the reality is, as the best guess:
given a ruler of unit of length, with a clock at its origin
if we have this ruler and clock at rest in the CMBR
we have the back and forth shortest possible travel time
if the ruler moves inertially the b/f travel time becomes longer

in order to keep the local b/f travel time locally constant for
all possible speeds, there must be a contraction of the ruler in the
direction of movement accordingly to its inertial speed

this easy intuition explains all the basis of SR
this b/f travel time along the ruler is invariant locally,
but is absolutely different in each SR frame at different speeds
the speed of the ruler, the elapsed time of the clock, the length of the ruler assume absolute values versus the CMBR

cheers
beda

That's right, it's a matter of optimization of guesses.
Measurements and their results are subordinated; if
we don't like them we change them.

God never came up with a unified field.

In fact, God knows all the answers...you just need to ask the right
question to match the answers that already exist.

Quantum mechanics shows the uncertainty of science in principle.
Statistics are not the real orders. They are just averages.
Math order does not come from partial equations or averages.
What is the perfect accident?
The Goldilocks Zone is multiple perfect accidents...
How are accidents perfect in the first place?
Let alone many together?
What about the purpose of life in the universe?
or does everything exist for no real purpose?

In order to understand the 'purpose of life' you first have to define
what is Life.

In other words, Why do rocks talk on earth?

no, I challenge you. Is not uncertainty of science, but *uncertainty*
alone

no, I challenge you again. Statistics is a math *tool*. Can be used for
good or for bad, to commit evil.

poo. Common error. The answer to your little questions are not to come
from above, but from bellow. Recently I heard the phrase "there is
nothing up there". Somehow shocking and unspeakable, but nevertheless.

Religion knows better. Science is out of touch with reality.
Why would it claim the universe dies and there is no
purpose to anything at all?

Because science can't win it says not to ask
the question of why we do exist. It can't
make that question go away...
God creates gravity.

your existence implies you eating chlorinated chicken. Do you think it's
fair for the chicken?
