From what I have read, clean up software, according to microsoft, isn't
a good idea. Seems to be some sort of "damned if you do, and damned if
you don't" situation.

People have been telling me that for more than half my life. Dumbfuck
warezers in the Win98 era telling me how they format their hard drive
every month and crap. Meanwhile, I've never once observed it, because
I'm not a retard about how I use software.

Windows has awfull inneficient update process. They want to hide that
by doing it partially while you work, partially while you shutdown,
and partialy during boot..
