When I pointed out formula (2) to you looong ago, I ALSO pointed out that some of the coefficients U_{ei} are IMAGINARY, so, when squared they are....negative. I also recommended that you read on the Standard Model, so you can learn about the the neutrino, its oscillation among the 3 flavors and why the mass is calcu;lated as per formula (2). Being a stubborn crank, you did do any learning and you preferred to continue to bask in your ignorance. Now you know why your paper is crap.

paper, in the INTRODUCTION. So your blathering nonsense is pure unadulterated baloney.
The U coefficients are CLEARLY identified:

"Each spectral component is weighted by the absolute square of the corresponding electron-

measures the electron properties. And knowing the energy cut-off, they calculate the neutrino
mass, and since the neutrino involved in the decay process is the electron antineutrino, then THAT
is what is measured since there is NO time for the neutrino to morph into a different flavor.

The wiki link simple shows the expression as DIFFERENCE between SQUARED masses.
It is impossible to measure ANYTHING but the DIFFERENCES of the neutrino square masses because the neutrino oscillates continuously among its three flavors.
