Not entirely true. Atoms cannot produce FTL tachyons, hence the constancy
of the speed of light becomes irrelevant. You have to come up with
something FTL without causality violation.

Light has its own motion but so does the atom...
If a gravity source moves so how can it propagate
while moving?

I have no problem with that postulate.

But I have also no problem with velocities greater than c.

I personaly solve it with a common spacetime diagram, which I interpret
as a variant of the Argand diagram.

C is there a certain angle, which is usually depicted as 45°.

No problem to define 45° for any local axis of time. And also no problem
to assume, that light behaves this way.

But if the axis of time is altered, the light from one FoR cannot be
light anymore in the other one.

I assume, that light in one system is matter in a system, where the axis
of time has an angle of 45° towards the former one.

The idea is a little unusual, but in case of interest I would recommend
