Could you please discuss the matter with your local rain god? On the
left coast, we've had our allocation of rain on backorder for about 5
years. The traditional rain dances and car washings have failed to
produce rain. Perhaps if you discuss the matter at your end of the
supply chain, we might see some rain here?
