I was totally unaware of this and this is yet another move by the person elected Pope to make his office irrelevant. NO ONE has a say in the ordination of Cardinals or the assignment of priests in other countries but a Pope and he along with the assistance of his advisors. Quite frankly I am shocked.. But I'm sure that the unreligious left will appreciate the total loss of the words of St. Joseph

I was brought up a Calvinist, and if I weren't, I'd probably be a Jew, so it will be obvious to you which John Paul I approved of. I just don't see the point of belonging to a church if you don't follow its precepts. I get a good laugh out of the sort of limp clergyman who spouts crap like, "If Jesus were alive, he'd be a socialist." More likely, if Jesus were alive, he'd be an Orthodox whipper-out of moneychangers from the Temple, a wild-haired, fiery-eyed evangelist striding the dusty roads baptising the Baptists.

Jesus attacks on the money changers was quite unusual actions from him. Were Jesus alive today I think that he would be almost entirely unseen in the masses and happy to be that way. The sermon on the mount probably convinced no one but the poor that the only way to redemption was to treat each other better and to hold God as sacred.

One has to remember that none of this group of the stupid six are violent. It isn't as if they would take any actions themselves. But where you or I would pick up the cross that Jesus dropped and carry it for him, the stupid six would jeer as did so many on the trail to Calvary. Sheer humanity seems to be missing from the entire Democrat Party. It sickens me to know that the FBI has been turned from the most effective law enforcement force in the entire world, to nothing more than politicized fools crying for further crucifixions.
