It's called the sidereal day, one rotation every 23 hours 56 minutes and
4 seconds. Google for more information.

Rotation is a frequency. Not speed. Units of inverse time. As I said,
the sidereal day is one rotation per 23 hours 56 minutes and 4 seconds.
