Medical Examiner can't say yes or no on those tattoos?
Does that relate to 'cause of death not disclosed'?

Note FBI staff in video- it may well be that all four went
'Jeffrey Epstein' with the usual uncredited assistance.

Note further tragedy - bicycle remain missing (although I
haven't read any description of the machines. Might not be
much of a loss)

Stockton Police just arrested a mass murderer about to go on another spree. Seems as how he had used the same gun in all of the other murders save one that couldn't be identified (probably because bullet was too fragmented). It was a black man. This is only significant because the rates of violent crimes by black men especially 18 to 45 is FAR above the national average for any racial group. So when you do not allow police to take special precautions such as approaching a driver with a drawn weapon, you're going to lose police officers. They're not about to allow a governmental agency to force them to unduly risk their lives. This is very insulting to honest hard working blacks pulled over on minor charges such as running a stop sign because he missed it. But that is the way the world works and he will have to put up with it. Just stay calm and follow orders.
