In the last 12 months I've done 4,456 miles and 125,000+ feet of climbing. I am well into my 77th year and while I am no longer fast as I once was and am back to riding heavier steel bikes, I am still going strong.

Over the weekend I rode with a couple of guys that wanted a slow ride and that was fine with me. Saturday one of them fell down and while he didn't hurt himself since he was dressed for the cold conditions, he returned home rather than complete the rise. On Sunday it was cold enough that it allowed me to test my cold weather gear without overheating as long as we rolled along at 12 or 13 mph.

The cold weather stuff worked indeed but it will have to be colder than the 50 degrees to ride normally.

Passwords are implemented as a result of insecurity.
